Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID19 BY ALL PACKAGE CARRIERS. We ship same-day or next day in most cases. Please allow additional time for delivery through the COVID19 pandemic.

  • Orders over $50 will receive free USPS standard shipping. 
  • Standard USPS Shipping is available for a flat fee of $5 for all orders $50 or less.
  • Priority Mail Shipping with $50 insurance included is available for $10.
  • A USPS Express shipping option is available for $50. This provides guaranteed USPS Express Shipping in 1-3 days. Please review the USPS statement on Express Shipping: Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time.
  • Canadian customers - a $25 flat fee is applied to all orders and covers priority international shipping. 
  • We do not currently ship from our website to other international destinations. 

Stockyard Style now offers shipment protection through Route. Route+ reduces effort through a seamless claims filing process. Lost, damaged, or stolen items are easily resolved with a few taps. You will see a small fee at checkout and you do have the option to opt-out.

 

Sales Tax

A 6% Pennsylvania sales tax is applied to eligible purchases.

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Stockyard Style, but if for any reason you need to make an exchange we want to make the process as easy as possible with straightforward, up-front instructions. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Terms and conditions

- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

- Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. 

- To ensure that your footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

- ALL SALES FINAL on sale items, accessories, and custom items. No exceptions. Do not attempt to exchange these items.

- Any exchange requests must be completed within 5 days from the time that your order was marked delivered on the tracking. EXCEPTION: Christmas gift giving. We will try to be flexible around the holidays.

- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. This means you purchase the shipping to return an item to us and then remit payment to have an exchanged item ship back to you.

- If you have received a product that is DEFECTIVE, contact us at stockyardstyle@gmail.com with a photo of the defect within 5 days from the time that you receive your order. 

- Stockyard Style is not responsible for normal wear and tear of products after use. 

- We reserve all rights to refuse exchanges.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your item for another product, you can follow the instructions below. 

  1. 1.     Please ensure that all of our previous mentioned terms and conditions are met.
  2. 2.     Contact us VIA EMAIL at stockyardstyle@gmail.com and let us know what product you would like in exchange so we can verify the availability of the product. Please reference your order number when contacting us. Store credit will ONLY be offered to in-store returns, NOT internet returns. Internet returns must select an exchange item of equal value.
  3. 3.     Once you receive approval to return an item, package the item securely and ship it back to the address below. You can choose any shipping carrier you prefer, but please include adequate insurance in the event that the package is lost or damaged.
