Time to get GROOVY! Love this bright, printed ruffle sleeve blouse for the summertime. This retro looking top is covered with shades of orange and pink cacti and canyons; it's the desert meets the Seventies. On top of the groovy western print, the ruffle sleeves make this such an adorable top to dress up or down this Summer.
