This smocked mock neck might be my new favorite thing! Loving the modest western style packed into this gorgeous blouse from Panhandle. The tag calls it scarlet, I'm going with rust or terra cotta - she's darker than a burnt orange and pops with yellow, navy, and green striped aztec pattern. Puff sleeves with smocked cuffs. Long and flowy fit - go ahead and give it a front tuck if you want to show off your belt buckle. Cute double button keyhole back. Lightweight, gauzy fabric that breathes and moves for a great fit.
